Report a Footpath issue

Everyone enjoys walking the many footpaths in the Parish.  The Parish Council, in partnership with the Parish Footpaths Officer, does the  best it can to ensure that the footpaths are well maintained and in a good condition at all times.  However, sometimes things occur to block paths or stiles and gates become damaged.  Please use the form below to contact the Parish Footpaths Officer and he or someone from the Parish Council will get back to you to let you know what can be done to try and resolve the issue.

Please use this form to contact the Weston under Penyard Parish Footpaths Officer to report issues with local footpaths.

If you are able to, please can you send a picture to footpaths@westonunderpenyard-pc.gov.uk as well which would be helpful.

Once you have pressed SEND confirmation of successful submission will appear at the very bottom of this page.

Weston under Penyard Parish does not act upon anonymous information, therefore any requests for action or for matters to be considered by the Parish Council must be accompanied by a name and address. All personal details provided except for name will be redacted when circulated to Parish Councillors and if considered in public at a Parish Council meeting. If for some reason you do not want your name to be disclosed on correspondence circulated to Councillors or considered in a Parish Council meeting, you should make the reason clear to the Clerk and they will, at their sole discretion, decide whether to circulate anonymous correspondence or advise you that without a name, it will not be considered.

Thank you for helping keep the footpaths in the Parish in good order.
